To help us put things right quickly, it’s important that we understand your concern, so we’ll ask you some questions about it:

  • What happened and when
  • What you would like us to do to put things right

If you’re still not happy – our Complaints Team will then look into your concern, ask you to send your complaint by email, and then we will provide Fitzwilliam Sports final response.

Please note that we have 8 weeks to investigate your concern and issue our final response. However, we aim to do this sooner.

If we haven’t been able to resolve your concern to your satisfaction you can ask for your complaint to be looked at by the Independent Betting Adjudication Service – IBAS – which is a free service. However, in order to refer your complaint to IBAS, you firstly need to go through our complaints process and receive our final response.
